Last updated: 7 November 2026

In short: the course is for your own personal learning. Please don’t share or resell the files. It’s an independent course, not an official Anthropic product, and your rights under consumer law always apply.

About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website, get the free lesson, or buy the Claude AI Mastery Course from McGlenn Learns ("I", "me", "my"). By using the website or the course, you agree to these terms.

Independent course

The Claude AI Mastery Course is an independent course created from my own learning journey. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, and any mention of Claude or Anthropic products is only to describe what the course teaches.

Buying the course

Your licence to use the course

When you get the free lesson or buy the course, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. This means you may:

You may not:

If you would like to use the course with a team or a class, email me about a group licence.

Accuracy and results

I work hard to make the course clear and accurate. It reflects Claude’s features as of November 2026. Claude and its features change often, so some details may change over time. Please check Anthropic’s official pages for the latest information.

The course is educational. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances, so I cannot promise any particular outcome, such as a job, income or business result. Always check AI-generated answers that matter, as the course itself teaches.

Using this website

Please use this website lawfully and do not try to disrupt it or access parts of it you are not meant to. The website’s content, design and the course materials belong to McGlenn Learns, except third-party names and trademarks, which belong to their owners.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that apply to you. See my refund policy for how I handle problems with your files.

Limits of my responsibility

To the extent the law allows, I am not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of the course or website, and my total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course. This does not limit any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you made your purchase apply to that purchase.
